Ready-to-ship items are generally processed within 1–2 business days.

Some human hair toppers, wigs, custom colors, custom lengths, or made-to-order products may require additional production time. Depending on the product, production may take approximately 3–15 business days. Please refer to the individual product page for the most accurate processing time.

Canada: approximately 7–15 business days

Europe: approximately 7–15 business days

Other international destinations: approximately 10–20 business days
